I designed this guide as an affordable way for you to do the work. Because I believe that healing is for everyone, and we are our own greatest healers when we apply ourselves.
I see so many people today who are suffering and wishing there was a better way to do life, but they either don’t believe it’s possible, or they don’t know where to start. I find that often the most difficult part of a journey is gaining the momentum to begin, and the next most difficult part is figuring out where to go next.
That is why I designed this program. I wanted to create a way for people to take themselves through the process of getting to know themselves deeper, while also truly understanding what it means to heal.
You might be surprised to hear that healing isn’t complicated, but it is hard work. I believe that the closer we are to ourselves the closer we are to our healing. It is our work in this lifetime to get to know ourselves deeply, to learn to accept every part of ourselves even the ones we’d rather do without.
An unpopular, but unavoidable truth of life is that you are fully responsible for yourself, your thoughts, your actions, your behaviors + your healing. When your body falls into states of dysregulation that is it asking you to pay attention, to come closer, to reconnect, to listen deeply, and to support your own needs.
