here you will find the supplement schedule for an adult
This supplement schedule should work for any adult weighing at least 95 lbs.
If you are taking any medication, this part of the protocol may not be for you.
All herbs were chosen to be taken together, but the activated coconut charcoal should always be taken separately, since it is a binder.
Throughout the day you may wish to drink a turmeric + ginger tea made from freshly sliced or grated ginger to help reduce any inflammation, aide with inner anti-fungal treatment, and aid digestion. You may drink this up to 2x a day, or not at all, it’s entirely optional.
none of these herbs are harmful in these doses, on a short term basis.
