Healing is emotional, nutritional, vibrational, environmental, and so inextricably tied to our beliefs!

Healing is a mental game. It’s spiritual, it’s somatic, it’s ancestral, it’s sacred.

The way that I went about my healing was long, drawn out, complicated, and rife with plot twists that didn’t always arc in my favor. I often thought, I wish I had someone to do this with, to help me understand, organize, motivate, build confidence, and trust in the process—to believe.

Now that I am through the thick of it, I feel called to be that support to others on their path to healing.

Do you feel stuck or disheartened by your healing?

10 years ago I felt trapped in my body, a victim to my invisibly poor health, I thought I would be stuck in disregulation forever. I had grown tired of spending all of my money on doctors visits that never seemed to go anywhere, and feeling unheard by the people who I thought could help me.

That’s when I began helping myself.

I’ve always been highly sensitive, intuitive, and distinctly able to tune into my body’s needs. For most of my life I was plagued by symptoms of complex PTSD, gastrointestinal issues, migraines, fibromyalgia, thyroid disregulation, chronic, and steady inflammation, lifelong insomnia [0-4 hours a night on average], and so much more! When it became clear that I was on my own, I embraced the challenge and I began reading, researching, and experimenting on myself with natural remedies.

During this time I also began helping friends and family for free to reset their bodies, with great success!

The more I healed, the more i knew
this would be my life’s work.

I am here to be a part of making people feel whole again. I am passionate about helping others heal, and reconnect to their wild, ancestral roots. On my path to wellness I learned— to my surprise!— that there are many ways to heal. Most of them don’t involve pharmaceuticals, and all of them DO involve your relationship with the natural world, and yourself.

You will find the greatest benefit in this program through allowing yourself to stay open to new modes of being, by choosing a stance of curiousity and observation over judgement, and by directing your nurturing attention towards yourself during our time working together.
